Based in Malaysia and formed in 1994, GDP has designed and developed a variety of different building types, from residential to commercial developments. Their work can be found across Malaysia, and their commitment to practicality has won them awards over the years. 

Runnymede has had the pleasure to work closely with GDP led by its Chief Executive Officer, Kamil Merican, on several developments such as The Sanctuary Bungalows, Vilaris Courtyard Homes, Triuni Residences and Runnymede Bay in Penang, Malaysia. They are responsible for the spacious, modern yet minimalistic design that provides luxurious and safer living spaces in the new norm.
